Microsoft Ultimate Pass

The Microsoft Ultimate Pass is an annual training package that provides your organization with access to 14 instructor-led Microsoft certification courses, each guaranteed to run on dates scheduled in direct coordination with Eccentrix. Up to four participants per class may attend each included course. The package is valid for 365 days from activation.

It is designed for organizations – private companies, public institutions, NGOs, and government bodies that want to develop in-house Microsoft expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, Power Platform, and AI. It is particularly suited to IT departments managing cloud transformation, security posture improvement, or productivity platform adoption. The flexibility of up to four participants per class makes it viable for both small specialized teams and mid-sized IT departments.

A Guaranteed to Run (GTR) date is a confirmed training date that will not be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Unlike planned status training dates, where a session may be postponed if not enough external participants register, a GTR date is committed specifically for your organization. To schedule a date, you contact Eccentrix, propose the course and preferred windows of availability, and a confirmed date is agreed. Once confirmed, the session runs.

Up to four participants from your organization may attend each included course. If a specific course requires more than four participants, please contact Eccentrix to discuss expanded options.

Yes. The package is designed for organizational use, not individual use. You may send different team members to different courses depending on their roles, current certification goals, or project needs. A network administrator may attend AZ-104 while a security analyst attends SC-200. There is no requirement that the same individuals attend all included courses.

Exam vouchers are included for courses where the associated Microsoft certification path is Associate or superior. Not all courses in the package include an exam voucher by default, as this depends on the individual course and certification track. Eccentrix will confirm voucher applicability for each course at the time of scheduling.

Courses in the Microsoft Ultimate Pass includes the same benefits as a standard individual enrollment, depending on what applies to them at that level: official course materials in digital format, complementary trainings, access to the lab environment for 180 days from course completion, a video recording of the course accessible for 365 days, and a digital achievement badge upon successful completion.

The package is valid for 365 days from the date of activation. All 14 courses must be scheduled and attended within this period. Eccentrix recommends planning your annual course schedule early in the validity period to allow sufficient time to book all sessions without constraint.

Upon purchase, your organization receives a unique customer code. This code is used to identify your package with Eccentrix when booking course dates, registering participants, and receiving usage reports. It also allows Eccentrix to track consumption across the validity period and provide accurate 90-day reporting.

If a registered participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, it is possible to substitute the participant prior to the course date, subject to Eccentrix’s standard General Conditions. Contact your Eccentrix account representative as early as possible to arrange a substitution. Transfers of the package itself to a different organization are not permitted.

Microsoft periodically retires or replaces courses as part of its certification roadmap updates. In the event that a course included in the Ultimate Pass is retired during your validity period, Eccentrix will automatically replace the content by the new course or version of the course. You will not lose access to the number of course slots purchased.

Every 90 days, Eccentrix provides a structured usage report covering: the courses scheduled and confirmed during the period, participant registration and attendance data, the status of trainings in progress, and a summary of training ROI based on actual consumption versus package investment. The report is designed to give training coordinators and HR directors the data they need for internal reporting and budget justification.

The Ultimate Pass is a fixed-price package and is not combinable with other promotional offers, discounts, or pricing programs. The package price reflects the consolidated value of all included courses and services.

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled according to Eccentrix’s standard General Conditions. We recommend contacting your Eccentrix account representative at the earliest opportunity if a participant needs to cancel a confirmed booking. Rescheduling within the 365-day validity period is generally possible subject to availability.
